The placement of an antenna on an existing structure such as a building, sign, light pole, water tank, or other freestanding nonresidential structure or existing municipal, utility or commercially owned tower or pole shall be permitted so long as the addition of said antenna shall not add more than 20 feet in height to said structure or tower.
