The maximum density for residential uses in the MXB-HT subdistrict shall be 20 dwelling units per acre. The maximum floor area ratio (FAR) for nonresidential uses in the MXB-HT subdistrict shall be 1.0. At least 10 percent of the gross area of any development in the MXB-HT subdistrict shall be devoted to open space.
