Parking
Off-street parking shall be provided as required by section 6-102 and further defined in section 19-411 of this zoning ordinance unless city council requires more or less off-street parking as a condition of the use permit.
- Parking garage conditions
A conditional use permit shall be required if the parking garage is located adjacent to property zoned or used for residential purposes. In addition, parking facilities in the South Norfolk business overlay district shall not be located at street level with the exception of the entrance and exit to a parking garage which shall be oriented to the rear or side of the building or structure.
