Height

The height limitations of this ordinance shall not apply to: amateur radio towers and antenna less than 200 feet, belfries, public monuments, chimneys, ornamental towers and spires, domes, cupolas, church spires, conveyors, commercial radio and television towers less than 125 feet, cooling towers, silos and grain driers, tanks, elevator bulkheads, smoke stacks, fire towers, stage towers or scenery lofts, water towers and stand pipes, flag poles, fire and parapet walls extending no more than four feet above the roof.
