Class B manufactured home allowed as accessory to agricultural use for farm employee. Max one farm employee dwelling per 50 acres. Multi-family housing allowed for seasonal employees in orchards.
From the ordinance
A Class B manufactured home shall be permitted as an accessory use to an agricultural use exclusively for a farm employee, and his/her family. No more than one farm employee dwelling for each 50 acres in the total acreage of the farm. Multi-family housing may be constructed for orchards and other agricultural uses which rely on temporary seasonal employees.
