Prior to the conversion of an existing dwelling to a multifamily dwelling, the following standards shall be met: The minimum lot size shall meet the minimum lot size for the district for the first unit plus one half the lot size for each additional unit proposed. Health department approval of sewage disposal shall be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit.
