A guest house shall meet the following requirements: The minimum lot size for a primary dwelling with a guest house shall be 150 percent of the minimum lot size required for the zoning district. A guest house shall be an accessory structure and shall meet the same setbacks established for a primary structure. No such quarters shall be occupied by the same guest or guests for more than three consecutive months in any 12-month period. No such quarters shall be rented, leased, or otherwise made available for compensation. There shall be no more than one guest house permitted per residential lot or parcel.
