A manufactured home, Class B may be permanently located on a lot or parcel as permitted by the underlying zoning district, except in planned development manufactured home parks. The manufactured home is the only residential structure located on the lot. The manufactured home is constructed on a permanent footing that meets the requirements of the building code. Skirting may be permitted around the perimeter of the foundation. The tongue, axles, transporting lights, and towing apparatus are removed after placement.
