The minimum setback requirement from the base of the tower to any residential structure on an adjoining lot shall be at least equal to 40 percent of the height of the tower, measured from the closest structural member of the tower (excluding guy lines).
From the ordinance
The maximum height permitted by right for an amateur radio tower shall be 200 feet. Any tower which exceeds this height may be permitted only after obtaining a special exception permit in accordance with section 1-304 of this ordinance.
