Private stables in A-R, RVC, and R-1 districts shall comply with the following requirements: 1. Minimum lot size: Two acres. 2. On lots of less than ten acres, no more than one stable animal per acre shall be permitted. 3. Minimum setback for stables and riding arenas: 100 feet from all property lines.
