A guest house shall be an accessory structure and shall meet the same setbacks established for a primary structure. No such quarters shall be occupied by the same guest or guests for more than three consecutive months in any 12-month period. No such quarters shall be rented, leased, or otherwise made available for compensation of any kind. There shall be no more than one guest house permitted per residential lot or parcel.
