Design
- Concealment on public property
On publicly owned property, small cell facilities shall be substantially concealed by painting or tinting to match surface, or flush-mounted.
Other
- Antenna volume6 cubic feet
Each antenna must be inside an enclosure of no more than 6 cubic feet, or fit within such imaginary enclosure.
- Equipment volume28 cubic feet
All other wireless equipment associated with the facility has a cumulative volume of no more than 28 cubic feet.
From the ordinance
Communication small cell facilities attached to existing structures shall not exceed 50 feet above ground level. Must be concealed from view on public property. Not permitted in historic overlay if visible from public right-of-way.
