Design
- Art Deco architectural style
New and remodeled facades should conform to the general historical Art Deco architectural style of the historic buildings in Arlandria.
Awnings may overhang the sidewalks (awnings shall be below 14 feet in height, not less than eight feet above the sidewalk and project a maximum of four feet into the public right-of-way).
