- Penalty for violation1,000 dollars
Any violation, by any person, firm or corporation, whether as principal agent, employee, or otherwise, of the provisions of these regulations shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $10.00 or more than $1,000.00.

Any such permit, if issued in conflict with the provisions of these regulations shall be null and void.
