Insofar as allowed by the building codes, single structures may have multiple principal by-right uses.

All retail uses shall store tools, parts, goods, repairs, services, equipment and/or supplies in a permanent enclosed structure and if not in a permanent enclosed structure shall be required to apply for and receive an approved conditional use permit.
