Height

Setback

The purpose of the RTH Residential Townhouse District is to provide residential areas where townhouses are the predominant pattern of residential development. Allowed uses include: Townhouses at a density of 12 units per acre; Multifamily dwellings at a density of nine units per acre; and Supporting institutional, recreational, and public facilities and uses.
