Design

The purpose of the CMU Community Mixed-Use District is to increase available housing options while creating an enhanced pedestrian environment in which residential, commercial, cultural, institutional, or entertainment uses are physically and functionally integrated. Allowed uses include: Townhouses and multifamily dwellings (other dwelling types by provisional use permit); Commercial and office uses; and Cultural or educational facilities.
