All airport runways must be located at least 100 feet from the perimeter of the site. Any new airport established after September 1, 2021, must be located at least 1,200 feet from any Residential district. Runways must be located such that no Residential district, school, religious institution, hospital, or nursing home is located within one-half mile of the centerline of the runway extended one mile from each end of the runway.
