From the ordinance
Excavation areas must be located at least: (a) 100 feet from any lot boundary line other than a public right-of-way; (b) 200 feet from any public right-of-way; and (c) 400 feet from any Residential district. Any building containing power-driven or power-producing machinery or equipment must be located at least 600 feet from all adjoining property that is in a district other than an Industrial district, and from the right-of-way of any public street.
