Accessory structures must not be located in any front yard, street side yard, or interior side yard unless CUP. Detached accessory structures may not occupy more than 30% of rear yard. Accessory structure must not exceed 20 feet in height. Must be 10 ft from principal dwelling, 6 ft from other structures, 10 ft from street/alley lines, 3 ft from other lot lines, swimming pool 10 ft from lot lines.
