- TDM program coordinator required
The applicant must appoint a TDM program coordinator to oversee transportation demand management activities. The TDM program coordinator must be a licensed engineer, certified planner, or a traffic consultant who is also a qualified or trained TDM professional.
- Biennial TDM report2 years
The TDM program coordinator must submit to the Planning Director a report on a biennial basis that details implementation of the approved TDM plan.
- Parking required if TDM terminated120 days
No use served by the TDM plan may be continued unless another TDM plan is approved or all required off-street parking spaces are provided in accordance with this section and this Ordinance, within 120 days of termination of the TDM plan.
