The following structures may extend in height up to 50 feet in any Residential district or 100 feet in any other zoning district, unless a greater height is permitted by the base zoning district: Chimneys, flues, smokestacks, flagpoles, belfries, towers, spires, minarets, domes, cupolas, public monuments, silos, grain dryers, tanks, water towers, standpipes, electric power structures, derricks, or other necessary industrial, utility or public service structures.
