Within a dwelling, one or more rooms connected together and constituting a single household, with independent cooking, bathroom, and sleeping facilities, designed or used for occupancy by a single household, for owner occupancy or rental for periods of 30 consecutive days or more, and separate from any other dwelling units or rooms in the same building.

Dwelling unit.
