If located within 200 feet of residentially zoned property, then 1) sections 32-250.30 et seq. of the chapter must be met, and 2) hours of operation shall be limited from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, unless otherwise specifically approved by the Board of County Supervisors as part of a proffered rezoning or Special Use Permit application.
