The front of all single-family detached dwellings shall depict a residential facade and be at least two stories visible at the finished front grade to the top of the unit.

From the ordinance
The principal use allowed in this land bay shall be single-family detached dwelling units... The front setback for single-family detached dwellings shall be ten feet measured to the front porch, excluding steps. The rear setback for the principal dwelling shall be at least 30 feet and side setbacks can be zero feet with maintenance easements, except for corner lots the side setback, including any porches, shall be ten feet.
