Parking
- Off-site parking distance300 ft
Off-site, off-street parking shall be located within three hundred (300) feet of the lot of the use or structure served.
- Off-site parking ownership or agreement
Off-site, off-street parking shall either (i) be located on land in the same ownership as that of the use or structure served, or (ii) be subject to an Off-Site Parking Agreement as set forth in Appendix C, which agreement shall be recorded by the property owner with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and a copy filed with the Zoning Administrator.
