Such signs shall be limited to one (1) sign per frontage and shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet in any RA, R-12, R-7, R-5, R-3, RM-1, or RM-2 district and shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in any RMF, multiple purpose district, industrial district, or planned unit development district.
