- Accessory uses and structures entirely of a storage nature that are less than one hundred twenty (120) square feet in floor area or five hundred (500) square feet for a wood frame garage

Floodplain

no new construction, substantial improvement, or other development (including fill) shall be permitted within FIRM Zones A1-30 and AE, unless it is demonstrated that the cumulative effect of the proposed development, when combined with all other development, shall not increase the water surface elevation of the base flood more than one (1) foot.
