Article 13, § 13-13002 standards

Slaughtering establishments must be set back 500 ft from residential lot lines, max lot coverage 30%.

Article 13, § 13-14014 standards

Temporary outdoor sales facilities must be set back 50 ft from street pavement, 100 ft from residential lots, have parking for 5 customers plus employees, and no portable toilets.

Communication towers require a conditional use permit. Setbacks: 50 ft from residential property lines, 25 ft from nonresidential, 100 ft from streets, 200 ft or 110% of height from residential structures. Min lot area 2,000 sqft, min width 50 ft, max height 199 ft. Parking: 2 spaces.
