General provisions
581 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
The district shall apply to all lands within the approach, transitional, horizontal, and conical surfaces of any airport or heliport within the County.
No building, structure, object of natural growth, or use shall be permitted which shall penetrate the airport protection area.
The maximum lot coverage for nonresidential overlay zone subdistricts shall not exceed 70 percent with a required open space of 30 percent.
The TM subdistrict is intended to provide for an integrated mix of supporting uses that create a central focus and land use anchor for the TeOD.

The CH subdistrict is intended to provide primary employment uses including office, office-oriented R&D, and labs.

The EH subdistrict is intended to provide primary employment uses including office, office-oriented R&D, and labs.

The EO subdistrict is intended to provide primary employment uses including office, office-oriented R&D, and labs.

The EL subdistrict is intended to provide primary employment uses including industrially-oriented R&D, flexible use space, light manufacturing, office-oriented R&D, and office.

The EM subdistrict is intended to provide primary employment uses including industrially-oriented R&D, manufacturing, light manufacturing, office-oriented R&D, and office.
