Sec. 36.2-410(b)(1)1 standards

No fence or wall that exceeds a height of 36 inches from graded ground level shall be permitted within a sight distance triangle.

Sec. 36.2-410(b)(2)1 standards

No fence located in an area as set forth in subsections (A) and (B) below shall be a solid fence... Lattice, open wire, or any other fence type with 25 percent or more open area shall be permitted.

Sec. 36.2-410(b)(4)1 standards

Barbed wire and razor wire are prohibited in all residential districts, except that barbed wire is permitted to contain animals associated with an agricultural operation in the RA District.

Sec. 36.2-410(c)(1)3 standards

The following setback requirements shall apply to any arbor, provided it shall be no greater than nine (9) feet in height, constitute no more than one hundred fifty (150) square feet, and each surface of the arbor shall be at least fifty (50) percent open.

Sec. 36.2-410(c)(2)4 standards

Sec. 36.2-410.1(d)(5)1 standards

Fill or borrow sites using industrial-type power equipment shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except in cases of a public emergency.

Sec. 36.2-4144 standards

Junkyards, wrecker yards, and recycling centers established or expanded after the effective date of this chapter shall be located at least three hundred (300) feet from any residential zoning district or conforming residential use.

A mobile home shall have a minimum width of nineteen (19) feet.

Sec. 36.2-418(a)1 standards

All painting or body repair activities associated with any motor vehicle or trailer painting and body repair establishment permitted by this chapter, as of right or by special exception, shall occur in a wholly enclosed building.

Sec. 36.2-418(b)2 standards

In addition to the general standard set forth in subsection (a), above, a motor vehicle or trailer painting and body repair establishment in the Commercial-General District (CG) or the Commercial-Large Site District (CLS) shall be subject to the following regulations: (1) There shall be no outdoor storage of damaged motor vehicles or trailers, equipment, parts, or other materials; and (2) The minimum gross floor area of the building shall be not less than ten thousand (10,000) square feet.
