General provisions

Sec. 7-9-1013 standards

A farmers' market shall not be subject to section 7-9-117.9, 'Special Gathering.' A temporary Use Permit is required for open air markets that shall be held no more than four (4) times per year. Ongoing open air farmers' markets are permitted subject to the approval of a Site Development Permit and compliance with all applicable requirements of this section.
