When the side or rear of a lot within an O(H) District abuts an agricultural or residential district, a minimum setback of the greater of 25 feet or the setback imposed by subsection 32-400.03.5. shall apply.
From the ordinance
There shall be no minimum lot size. There shall be no minimum lot width or depth. The maximum lot coverage be 80 percent, with a required minimum open space area of 20 percent. The maximum floor area ratio (FAR) shall be 1.25. The maximum height for all structures shall be 100 feet.
