- Business hours limit
Business hours in the CN District shall be limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. unless otherwise provided for by a Use Permit approved by the Zoning Administrator.
- Enclosed structure required
All commercial uses and their related products in the CN district shall be contained entirely within a completely enclosed structure, except for parking and loading areas and except for outdoor uses expressly permitted by an approved Site Development Permit or Use Permit.
