Other
- Business hours
Business hours shall be limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise provided for by a Use Permit approved by the Zoning Administrator.
- Enclosed uses
All commercial uses and their related products shall be contained entirely within a completely enclosed structure, except for parking and loading areas and except for outdoor uses expressly permitted by an approved Site Development Permit or Use Permit.
- Facilities serving more than 14 persons
Facilities serving more than fourteen (14) persons may be permitted, subject to approval of a Use Permit by the Planning Commission.

Fire and police stations shall be the only government buildings permitted.
