Floodplain
- Exception requires study
The Floodplain Administrator's determination shall be based upon a study of topographic and base flood elevation contours on the subject property and on such additional information as he/she finds necessary or appropriate.
- FEMA approval required for exception
If the property is also included within a floodplain on a FIRM or a FBFM, the appropriate approvals from FEMA have been obtained.

The Floodplain Administrator may determine that certain properties within an FP District are not required to comply with the provisions of the FP District regulations when any of the following circumstances or conditions are present.
