  • Building and equipment removal after termination6 months

    Buildings and equipment used in surface mining and quarrying operations shall be removed within six (6) months of the termination of operations.

    Excavation in any pit-type of mining operation shall not exceed one hundred fifty (150) feet in depth as measured from existing grade.

    Reclamation of each area shall commence as soon as excavation operations have been completed within an area.
