Density

  • Graduated density incentive

    A graduated density incentive shall be granted when parcels smaller than one-half (0.5) acre are consolidated as part of a project. The increased density shall be in addition to any other density bonus available under this Zoning Code, to a maximum of forty-five percent (45%) total.
