Noise
- Quiet hours
Pursuant to the County of Orange Noise Control Ordinance (section 4-6-5), occupants shall comply with the exterior noise standards by prohibiting continuous noise higher than fifty-five (55) decibels from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and fifty (50) decibels from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in all residential property.

The maximum overnight occupancy of the short-term rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per bedroom plus two (2) additional persons within the short-term rental.
- Maximum vehicles
The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the short-term rental shall be limited to one (1) vehicle per one (1) bedroom unit or two (2) vehicles per two (2) or more bedrooms within the short-term rental.
