- Parking study required
Provide a parking study that shall be used to determine if a modification to the base district parking standards shall be necessary to accommodate the anticipated traffic generation and on-site parking demand of the residents, staff, employees and guests of the type and size of facility proposed.
- Use Permit required
The approval of a Use Permit by the Planning Commission per section 7-9-125, unless otherwise authorized by an administrative Site Development Permit in accordance with the base district regulations.
