- Bicycle parking ratio
Bicycle parking facilities shall be provided at the minimum rate of one bicycle parking space for every twenty-five (25) employees, in a secure location, near employee entrances. Maximum 50 spaces.

Lockers shall be provided at a minimum ratio of one (1) for every twenty-five (25) employees. Maximum 50 lockers.

Passenger loading area shall be large enough to accommodate waiting vehicles equivalent to one percent (1%) of total required parking. Maximum 4 vehicles for <1000 employees, 6 for >=1000.
- Shower facilities for employees
Shower facilities shall be provided for use by employees who commute by means other than a motorized vehicle, at no fee.
- Vanpool parking percentage5 percent
The number of vanpool parking spaces shall be at least five percent (5%) of the employee carpool parking spaces.
