Lot size shall not be less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, with a minimum average lot width of one hundred (100) feet and a minimum average lot depth of one hundred fifty (150) feet... Minimum yard requirements shall be twenty (20) feet front yard, ten (10) feet side and rear yard. One-family residences shall not exceed forty (40) feet in height.
