Front/rear setback for buildings over 35 ft10 ft
Any portion of a building which exceeds thirty-five (35) feet in height shall be set back from the front and rear lot lines no less than ten (10) feet plus two feet for each foot by which the height exceeds thirty-five (35) feet.

From the ordinance

The minimum lot area shall be seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet with a minimum average width of sixty (60) feet and a minimum average depth of one hundred (100) feet. ... The minimum front and rear yards shall be ten (10) feet for buildings that do not exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. ... The minimum side yard shall be five feet ...
