General provisions

Sec. 8.1, 8.2, 8.38 standards

Planned Development Districts shall be established in accordance with Zoning Map Amendment procedures. Minimum area: PRN 5 acres, PRC 200 acres, PEC 5 acres. Density and intensity per Town Plan.
