The keeping of one (1) additional animal of any kind for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of lot area in excess of [X] acres, provided that the total number of animals kept on the lot shall not exceed the maximum number permitted by this section, and provided further that no animal shall be kept on a lot of less than [X] acres. The threshold [X] ranges from 617 to 688 acres in increments of 1 acre.
