Any area used for outdoor storage must be screened from view from any public right-of-way and adjoining property in accordance with Sec. 24-5311, Screening.
A freight terminal must not be located within 500 feet of any residential district, school, or childcare center.
Each travel way that provides direct vehicular access to mini-warehouse storage spaces must include a parking lane having a minimum width of ten feet. All travel ways, including parking lanes, must be located a minimum of 15 feet from the perimeter of the mini-warehouse site. ... A freight terminal must not be located within 500 feet of any residential district, school, or childcare center. ... In the M-1 District, bulk storage of flammable liquids must be underground, must be located a minimum of 200 feet from all Residential districts, and must not exceed 30,000 gallons. In the M-2 District, bulk storage of flammable liquids that does not meet the limitations of subsection 1 must be located a minimum of 600 feet from all Residential districts and must not exceed 80,000 gallons. In the M-3 District, bulk storage of flammable liquids that does not meet the limitations of subsection 1 must be located a minimum of 600 feet from all districts other than Industrial districts.

A construction, demolition, and debris ("CDD") landfill must have access to an arterial, major collector, or major access road without passing through a residential neighborhood.
The minimum site area for a sanitary landfill is 50 acres.
All recyclable materials must be stored in a fully enclosed building, or in closed containers completely enclosed by an opaque wall or fence that complies with the dimensional standards for a principal building, such that neither the recyclable materials nor the containers in which they are stored are visible from any public right-of-way or adjacent lots.
The center must be located at least 250 feet from any Residential district or any lot on which the principal use is a dwelling.
A salvage and junkyard must: Not be located within 500 feet of a public right-of-way;
A solid waste transfer station must not be located within 250 feet of any Residential district or any lot on which the principal use is a dwelling.

All accessory uses and accessory structures must: 1. Directly serve the principal use; 2. Be customarily accessory and incidental; 3. Be subordinate in area, height, extent, and purpose; 4. Be subordinate in lot coverage to the principal use if accessory to a single-family dwelling; 5. Be owned or operated by the same person; 6. Be located on the same lot; 7. Not violate any standards; 8. Not be constructed prior to the principal use.
An accessory structure must not exceed 20 feet in height.
Accessory structures must not be located in any front yard, street side yard, or interior side yard unless CUP. Detached accessory structures may not occupy more than 30% of rear yard. Accessory structure must not exceed 20 feet in height. Must be 10 ft from principal dwelling, 6 ft from other structures, 10 ft from street/alley lines, 3 ft from other lot lines, swimming pool 10 ft from lot lines.
The floor area of an accessory dwelling unit must not exceed the lesser of 800 square feet or 35 percent of the finished floor area of the principal dwelling (excluding carports, garages, and unfinished basements).
An accessory dwelling unit is allowed only as accessory to a single-family detached dwelling. No more than one ADU per lot. Floor area must not exceed the lesser of 800 sq ft or 35% of finished floor area of principal dwelling. At least one off-street parking space must be provided in addition to those required for the principal dwelling. Not rented for less than 30 days.
An antenna that is placed on a building must comply with the following standards, unless a conditional use permit is approved for an alternative design in accordance with Sec. 24-2308, Conditional Use Permit:
Antenna standards: building antenna not on residential building less than 45 ft tall, max 20 ft above building, max 25% roof area. Satellite dish max 12 ft diameter, max 13.5 ft above eaves or 35 ft above ground, not in front/street side yard, within 3 ft of rear/side lot line. Amateur radio max 75 ft height, not in front/street side yard, within 10 ft of lot line.
An automated teller machine (ATM) as an accessory use must comply with the standards in this section.
ATM designed for walk-up use must avoid obstructions to pedestrian movement. ATM for vehicle use must comply with drive-through standards. Roof/awning must match principal building design.
