Sec. 24-441911 standards

Home occupations must comply with the standards in this section, as applicable.

Sec. 24-44192 standards

Home occupations must be customarily incidental to a dwelling. No employees outside dwelling. No machinery other than customary. For services: one per dwelling, customers by appointment, conducted in principal dwelling, hours Mon-Sat 8am-8pm, one off-street parking. For sale of goods: limited to handicrafts, same hours, one parking.

Sec. 24-442012 standards

The keeping of animals outside a dwelling as accessory to a dwelling is permitted only in accordance with the standards in this section and all other applicable standards in this Ordinance.

Sec. 24-442011 standards

The keeping of any number of fish outdoors as pets is allowed by right if the fish are kept within a pond or pool that is at or below grade and is maintained so that any odors generated are not detectable at the lot boundary line.

Sec. 24-44206 standards

Keeping of animals: no boarding for compensation. Max four animals age 12 weeks or older and 15 animals less than 12 weeks. Honeybees: hives not in front/side yard, within 10 ft of lot line, within 50 ft of swimming pool. Max 4 hives if within 100 ft of property line, 10 if farther. Water source within 50 ft.

Limited fuel oil or bottled gas distribution is allowed as an accessory use to retail sales and services uses, automotive filling stations (fuel only), and campgrounds, subject to the following standards:
