General provisions

Such signs shall be erected not less than seven calendar days before any public hearing of which they give notice and removed by the applicant within two days after the final public hearing...

Sec. 1-7031 standards

If a nonconforming use of a building, structure, or land ceases for a period of more than two (2) years, the nonconforming use shall be deemed abandoned and shall not be resumed.
