General provisions

Sec. 1-7031 standards

Sec. 1-7032 standards

If a nonconforming use of a building, structure, or land ceases for a period of more than two (2) years, the nonconforming use shall be deemed abandoned and shall not be resumed. A nonconforming use of land that is discontinued for a period of more than one (1) year shall be deemed abandoned and shall not be resumed.

Sec. 1-703, 1-704, 1-706, 1-7076 standards

Nonconforming uses may continue if not discontinued for more than two years; damage >50% eliminates nonconforming status; nonconforming lots may be developed if conforming; nonconforming signs cannot be replaced.

Sec. 1-7061 standards
