307 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
When 20 or fewer trees are required, at least two different species shall be utilized; when 20-40 trees, three species; when 40 or more, four species. Berms shall not exceed 3:1 slope and top width at least half height.

Site landscaping shall be required for all development including free-standing ATMs, Ice Dispensers, coffee kiosks, and similar uses, and parking structures, except single-family detached dwellings, two-family dwellings, and development in Downtown D1 sub-districts T4, T5, T6 if building façade is less than 5 feet from property line.
Tree canopy requirements shall apply to all development in the City. Table 40.2-304(4) identifies the tree canopy cover requirements for development in each zoning district.
An Alternative Landscaping Plan may be approved by the Zoning Administrator with deviations up to 20% reduction in tree count or spacing under certain conditions.

The height of outdoor lighting shall be no greater than 16 feet in residential districts and no greater than 30 feet in commercial and mixed-use districts. In industrial districts, no greater than 30 feet with possible 25% increase.
